DIY COUPLES (we only need help with furniture and décor)
You’ve been busy planning your big day for months, perhaps years; you’ve collected a mammoth library of photos from Instagram, and know exactly what you do and don’t want, right down to the colour of ribbon on your cake knife! You’re independent, ambitious, fun and looking for fast, simple, quality solutions to complement all the planning you’ve done.
We can help with Event Furniture & Décor Hire
It’s the one area that can make or break your big day – the right furniture and décor and at Bling we offer a massive collection of furnishings and accessories to furnish your theme; from vintage leather chesterfields and Italian glass champagne flutes to modern Boho backdrops, glasshouse marquees and timber chandeliers, we have it all ready to hire. Simply contact us and request a New Wedding Profile. Check out our online Product Catalogue and make a list of all the items you’d like to hire (if we don’t have exactly what you’re looking for chances are we know where to find it!). Once you’ve completed your Wedding Profile return it to us (email’s best) with your wish list and then look out for your personalised quote! We might be super busy but we always aim to have quotes out within 48hrs (if not sooner).

At Bling Event Studio we offer total peace of mind for super busy couples; from full event styling and décor management to coordinating all the little bits in between, we’ll deliver a spectacular wedding, be it small and intimate or grand and extravagant.

We can help you create a Wedding Style Sheet & Style Guide
After meeting with you (in person or by phone) we’ll have a clear idea of what you’re looking for and we’ll start creating a personalized Style Sheet – a visual representation of the look and feel you want to be carried across all elements of your big day. We’ll work with you to go through the entire ‘process of creative elimination’ until we get everything ‘just right’! At Bling Event Studio, our couples are an intricate part of the creative process; yes, we’ll make suggestions, some of them even left field, but everything we do will be tailored perfectly to fit in with what’s most important to you ~ everything we need to know is already in your heart and mind, we just make the process of extricating that information and turning it into something spectacular a wonderful experience in itself. This whole process forms the foundation for styling the rest of your wedding and will provide you with a beautiful memento for generations to come - $550 (payable in advance).
We can take care of Full Event Set Up & Styling
Once we’ve designed your Style Sheet (and your venue is locked in) we’ll begin preparing a list of all the furnishings and décor you’ll need to bring your special day to life. Each item will be individually selected from our vast warehouse to suit your individual style; be that vintage, boho chic, coastal, rustic or something entirely different. Once you’ve approved our quote for the furniture and décor you’d like to hire, we’ll reserve those items for you and commence stylistic liaison with the venue and other suppliers involved in bringing the aesthetics of your day together, ie, caterers, florists, photographers etc. We’ll also ensure each of your hired items are carefully packed and transported to the venue, set up in accordance with your Style Guide, and then collected and returned to our depot following your wedding - from $2,000 (50% payable in advance)
We can take care of Full Event Coordination
This is the only option for the busiest of wedding couples; we literally take care of everything so you can focus on preparing yourselves and your guests for an experience to remember! We’ll take care of shortlisting venues, caterers, wine lists, guest accommodation, transport, entertainment, florists and any other element of your big day. Once your venue is confirmed; we’ll oversee selection of any event furniture and décor you may require and we’ll send you an upfront quote for each element so you can make an active decision on what and where your monies are invested. If you’d like us to place your tableware or personal decorative items on the day we can do that too. Naturally we’ll be on hand on the day to ensure every element of your day is simply perfect. At Bling Event Studio we can deal with as little or as much as you like – from $5,000 (50% payable in advance)
How do we request a quote?
Simply contact Bling Event Studio, email or phone is fastest, and in a few short steps we’ll have a perfectly tailored quote with you:
Step 1 - Request a New Wedding Profile (we send via email or snail mail, or you can download from our website) – this will give us a snapshot of what you’re looking for, what you’ve planned so far, and how we can best support you;
Step 2 - After you’ve completed your profile send it back to us with a list of the event furniture and décor you’d like to hire; our online Product Catalogue will help you pick the perfect items (or) tell us exactly what elements you’d like us to style and manage for you;
Step 3 - One of our Stylists will review your profile and put together an initial quote. While we’re one of the most in demand event décor and styling studios in WA, we’ll aim to have a fully costed quote to you within 48hrs (if not sooner!)
Do we have to place a minimum order?
Yes, we have a minimum order value of $100.
Can we visit your showroom?
You are welcome to visit our Busselton Showroom Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 3pm. If weekends are your only option, we recommend making an appointment as we are typically in the midst of styling events onsite all day Saturday and Sunday. Appointments with our stylists fill fast, so be sure to book in advance. Where full event and wedding styling consultations are required, we do offer after hour appointments by request. These appointments incur a nominal fee and are hosted by our lead stylist.
How far in advance should we confirm our order?
Please be aware your event or wedding is not confirmed with us until we have received your signed Booking Order and Service Agreement together with your deposit and bond. Given our furniture and décor is always in such high demand, we recommend you confirm your order with us as soon as possible. We will put a pencil booking against your name on those items you are considering, however if we do not hear from you within 72hrs we will release the goods back into our available stock.
How much should we budget to style our event?
It is important to be completely honest with us about your budget. At Bling Event Studio our philosophy is no budget is too small to create something special. Regardless of your budget, if there is a particular concept or theme you have in mind, chances are we can create a look and feel that will thrill you.
What are your policies on deposits, bonds, cancellations and refunds?

What happens if it rains on our big day?

DELIVERING AND COLLECTING YOUR GOODS
Can we pick up and return the furniture and décor ourselves?
Yes, we call this our ‘dry hire’ service and it can prove a more cost effective option for couples wanting to best manage their budgets or retain greater control over the logistics of their big day. Pick-ups and drop-offs are 9am – 4pm, Monday to Saturday and outside of these hours by request.
Is transport, delivery and return collection included?
Geographically, WA is vast! Depending on where our couples host their big day determines how much time is needed for travel and which is why we list our transport and delivery and collection costs as a separate line item on your quote. Although some companies may say they include the cost of delivery in hire, keep in mind it is not unusual for many operators to build a hidden fee into your total cost of hire expressly for this purpose. At Bling we like to be transparent from the get-go and besides which, our drivers and event crew are highly experienced and take great care to ensure your goods are delivered on time and in the best condition.
We have a number of personal items we would like displayed, will you place these for us?
We can definitely coordinate placement of your personal goods on the day (excluding pick up and collection), however please be aware this will incur an additional styling fee. Please speak with your stylist to arrange.

When can we contact you?
Team Bling’s days are filled with pre-wedding and event consults, setting up and styling weddings and events, scouring the market for exciting new products to grow our already vast collection of furniture and décor, and preparing tailored quotes for new clients. This means it can sometimes be difficult to reach us by phone so to make sure we assist you as quickly as possible we work in the following way:
Why do we need to book a pre-wedding consult - we understand how important planning your wedding is, and that you may be keen to get all the finer details of your décor and styling sorted sooner rather than later, however please consider those couples whose weddings are scheduled sooner than yours ‘before’ you call or drop into our showroom without an appointment! We have styled more than 400 weddings and know exactly when every element needs to be locked in, even for weddings scheduled with the shortest of lead times. If your wedding is not scheduled to take place for at least 6 months or more, and you drop into our showroom without an appointment, we may not be able to spend the necessary time with you. To make sure all of our couples receive the same priority service leading into their big day, we adhere to a strict policy of focusing our stylists time on weddings occurring between today and the next six months and those couples who have scheduled a Pre-Wedding Consult.
How do we make a booking – you can download our New Wedding Profile form from our website, complete and return to us asap. One of our stylists will then review and touch base with you at our soonest convenience.
How do we make changes to our booking – please email all changes you have to your booking with us asap. This ensures we have clear and current notes to refer to for when we finalise your order. Once we receive your email we’ll respond by email or contact you by phone if we need further clarification. Please note we cannot guarantee changes to your booking unless they are notified to us in writing at least 14 days in advance to your event.
Can we get general advice on styling our wedding – yes, if you have confirmed your order for product hire or styling services with us we can schedule a time for you to either meet with one of our stylists or to speak with you over the phone. If you don’t have a confirmed booking with us and simply want to ‘pick our brains’ about how to style your wedding, or to to get a feel for what items work with what, you’ll need to schedule a Pre-Wedding Consult with one of our stylists and where we can spend some quality time with you and you’ll feel a whole lot better about what to do next!
